The Executive Sports Sedan
The "Life Cycle Impulse" (LCI) G30 BMW 5 series sedan now sports a much more angular look. The body has been elongated by an inch, sharper lines and edges abound and the front has been outfitted with a wider kidney grille and stretched LED headlights. The tweaks combine to give the car a look that’s more modern and slightly more sinister.
The LCI 5 Series now features a bigger 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and matching infotainment touchscreen. That screen makes use of company’s new technology suite, iDrive 7, which is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The car also includes active safety technology and a number of driver assistance features, including automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, blind-spot detection and automatic high beams.
